Are you guys out there just a bunch of horny old armchair quarterbacks??? Sarah Palin is light years away from hot. In fact, she reminds me of that type of chick that I used to use to get to the hot chick when I was in college (well, yeah, I'd abuse her a few times too but still).
Sure she looks a lot better than most of the women I've seen in politics but, honestly, if I were to see her on the street, I would not look twice.
I think you misseed when I said "when I was in college." Then, and even now, if she were granny and I could bank shot it off of her to the hot chick... consider it done.

Take a walk around a mall sometimes and look at the women in that age bracket. Compare and contrast.
Keep one other thing in mind. When you see her speaking in public she is seriously dressed down. The hair up, the nerdy glasses, the non-revealing clothes. But look closer. Watch her walk and get a full body shot and even through those conservative outfits you can tell she has a killer body!
Dude... I've seen far better at that age. Maybe it's because I live in South Florida where it's all about beautiful people and beautiful bodies but I respect your opinion. Not sure how women in their mid-40's look but here in Ft. Lauderdale/Miami, she'd get little to no play.
