Guess the Song/Artist Game

This is a take on Rock's Guess the AV game.  SInce we can't change AV's at will why not try to guess the song and artist.

Here are the Rules:

1. The owner of the song will give a hint as to the song to kick it off.
2. The song must have hit the top 100 between 1968 and 1984, this is so dummies like me can play.
3. To win you must name the song and artist
4. You can only ask yes and no questions
5. If you guess the song and artist together and miss you have a 5 minute penalty before you can guess again or ask another question
6. Winner gets to name new song
